J

Jachin and Boaz

(Hebrew) The names of two symbolic pillars of the Temple of Solomon, the Solar Man; these are the Astral Solar body and the Mental Solar body (Hod and Netzach).

“And he set up the pillars in the porch of the temple: and he set up the right pillar, and called the name thereof יכין [Jachin]: and he set up the left pillar, and he called the name thereof בעז [Boaz].” - 1 Kings 7:21

Jacob

(Hebrew יעקב) A major figure in the Jewish and Christian traditions.

Jacob - Ia-cob - Io-kab - Io-Ka’bah, the Atom of “IO” Binah, in the Pineal Gland that controls the stone – Ka’bah – the Cubic Stone of Yesod – sex!

"And Jacob went out from Beer-sheba, and went toward Haran. And he lighted upon a certain place (Yesod), and tarried there all night, because the sun was set; and he took of the stones of that place, and put them for his pillows, and lay down in that place to sleep. And he dreamed, and beheld a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven: and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it. And, behold, Iod-Havah stood above it, and said, I am Iod-Havah Elohi of Abraham thy father, and the Elohi of Isaac: the land (Yesod) whereon you lies, I give will it to you, and to your seed (semen)." - Genesis 28: 10-13

Jahve

(Hebrew יהוה) Often spelled Yahweh, and intentionally confused with Jehovah since they are both spelled the same way in Hebrew: יהוה). While Jehovah is a very positive and potent name of God, Yahve (Jahve) is the name of a demon who has been misleading humanity for ages.

“In the year 1950, the genie of evil whose name is Javhe entered into the abyss.  Javhe is paying a terrible karma.  Javhe is a terribly perverse fallen Angel.   This Javhe is the demon that tempted Jesus in the wilderness while saying “Itababo.” Javhe is the supreme chief of the Black Lodge.  Javhe is the secret author of the crucifixion of our Adorable Saviour.  Javhe is the antithetic pole of Jesus. The Roman soldiers who crucified the Adorable One were constituting the honorable guards of Javhe.   Thus, this is why Javhe is now crucified within the abyss.  This is his karma, the cross of the devil is inverted.  Therefore, Javhe is crucified with his head downwards and his feet upwards.  The Jewish people worship Javhe and they follow Javhe. The fifth of the seven “cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled:  and after that he must be loosed a little season.” Javhe and his legions will remain in the abyss a whole Age.  Afterward, it will be necessary that he be released for a short time. Jehovah

(Hebrew יהוה) Esoterically the Tetragrammaton, the sacred name of the Sephirah Chokmah in the Tree of Life, Kabbalah; Chokmah is Christ, the Second Logos, the Son of Kether, the Father. Chokmah (Wisdom) in Christianity is represented by Jesus-Christ. The name "Jehovah" has many applications, not the least of which is as a name of our own inner Being. It can also refer to:

1) "The supreme leader of the positive ray of the Moon is Jehovah... Jehovah lives normally in Eden. Eden is the ethereal world. Everyone who returns to Eden is received by Lord Jehovah." - Samael Aun Weor, The Perfect Matrimony

2) "In the Old Testament, the name of Jehovah is applied to the Host of the Cosmocreators or divine Androgynes who created this universe, rather than the original name Iod-Heve." - Samael Aun Weor, The Pistis Sophia Unveiled

3) Jehovah is Kabbalistically read "Iod-Chavah", this means that Iod (the male willpower of the Holy Spirit in the pineal gland of Adam, the brain) is through chastity dominating “Chava” (the female power of the Holy Spirit - Eve, “the Mother of the Living” - the sexual organs). Thus, the brain is dominating sex.

"In these times of the end, that great initiate from the past Mahamanvantara (called in Cosmogony “Mahamanvantara of Padma or Lotus of Gold”) has sent his Bodhisattva to the Earth. The name of that great initiate is very well known in the Old Testament. He is the Biblical Jehovah; he is the most exalted Being of the Ancient Lunar Chain, the Governor of the Ancient Moon-Earth. In these moments this youngster lives in a certain city; obviously, he is doing the same inappropriate nonsense as all the other youths of this epoch. If the reincarnation of this Bodhisattva becomes a success, then the great Master Jehovah will incarnate within his Bodhisattva and will perform a Great Work. So, this Master is only waiting for the Bodhisattva to mature in order to penetrate within him. Jehovah is the Regent of the ancient moon. He is a great Master that has been intentionally confused with Javhe, who is the chief of the Black Lodge." - Samael Aun Weor

Jeremiah

also Yirmiya, Yirmiyahu (Hebrew יִרְמְיָהוּ) An important prophet in Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.

Jerusalem

(Hebrew ירושלים) Yerushalayim, meaning “foundation of peace,” from base of yarah “he threw, cast” + shalom “peace.”

“The heavenly Jerusalem exists in the macrocosm.  The heavenly Jerusalem also exists within the microcosmic human being. A new heaven and a new earth will exist.  This will be the future new, heavenly Jerusalem of the macrocosm. Jesus

The central personage of Christianity is called Jesus Christ, but this is not his birth name, it is an acquired title. The name "Jesus" is derived from an Aramaic (ancient Hebrew) word, Yeshua, which means "savior." Thus, the original use of this term is as an honorific title, such as "rabbi."

Jews

(Hebrew, from יהודי Yĕhuwdiy)

"I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan." - Revelation 2: 9

"Judah, thou art he whom thy brethren shall praise: thy hand shall be in the neck of thine enemies; thy father's children shall bow down before thee. Judah is a lion's cub: from the prey, my son, thou art gone up: he stooped down, he couched as a lion, and as an old lion; who shall rouse him up? The scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet." - Genesis 49: 8-10

"And one of the elders said unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof. Authentic Jews are only the Self-realized Masters, the Christified Ones, which are called esoterically, the children of the lion from the tribe of Judah or lion's cubs. Really, the fornicators belong to the synagogue of Satan, they are NOT lion's cubs. Only the lion's cubs can enter into the Heavenly Jerusalem. The twelve tribes of Israel are related with the twelve Zodiacal Orders. Leo is Judah the most exalted among the twelve Orders. Let us remember the ‘Lions of Fire’, the ‘Lions of Life’, the ‘Igneous Shapeless Breaths’, the Triple Divine Powers, who emanated from the active, omni-penetrating and omniscient Okidanokh or Ain Soph Aur. These ‘Lions of Fire’ are Kether, Chokmah, and Binah, true Dragons of Wisdom. Exoterically, this entire humanity are the twelve tribes of Israel; because the entire humanity that unfolds within the zodiacal womb is divided into twelve tribes, represented by the zodiac. It is important to remember that some persons are born under Aries, others under Taurus, Gemini, Cancer,Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces. We can now better comprehend the twelve tribes of Israel. The Lions of Fire, or ‘Lions of Life’ of the zodiacal sign of Leo, are constituted as the most elevated group in the Macrocosm and within the Microcosmic human being. Moreover, it is important to remember that just as the zodiacal belt exists in the firmament, likewise, the flames of the constellation of Leo exist within the human being. The Hierarchy of the Fire is the most important Hierarchy in the Macrocosm and in the Microcosmic human being. This is why it is written:"Ye worship ye know not what: we (Gnostics) know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews (the Christified Ones)." - John 4: 22 The lion's cub named Jesus is the Bodhisattva of the Master Aberamentho, a Buddha of Compassion. The lion's cub named Samael Aun Weor is the Bodhisattva of Samael Sabaoth, a Buddha of Compassion.

Jezebel

(Hebrew איזבל) An important symbolic figure who appears in Jewish and Christian scriptures. Read 1 Kings 16-21 and Revelation 2.

"...I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols. And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not. Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds. And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works." - Revelation 2

1. Psychologically, Jezebel represents our mind.

2. Literally, physically, Jezebel was an Atlantean queen who made herself immortal by replacing her glands with those taken from sacrificial victims. See The End of the Kali Yuga.

Jinn State

The condition that results from moving the physical body into the fourth dimension.

“A body while in the “Jinn” state can float in the air (Laghima) or be submerged within the waters (Prakamya), or pass through fire without being burned, or be reduced to the size of an atom (Anima), or be enlarged to the point of touching the sun or the moon with the hand (Mahima). A body submerged within the supra-sensible worlds is submitted to the laws of those worlds. Then, this body is plastic and elastic, so it can change form, decrease its weight (Laghima), or increase its weight (Garima) willingly... When Jesus was walking upon the waters of the Sea of Galilee, he had his body in the state of “Jinn.” Peter was able to liberate himself from the chains and to leave the prison, thanks to the assistance of an Angel who helped him place his body in the state of “Jinn.”” - Samael Aun Weor, The Aquarian Message

Jiva

(Sanskrit) The principle of life. Life, as the Absolute; or the Monad; or Atman-Buddhi.

Jnana

(Sanskrit) From the root jna, "to know." Knowledge; wisdom. Has levels of application.

1. Intellectual or general knowledge. Logical knowledge of spiritual things.

2. In Mahayana teachings, this term refers to having a command of all the rational aspects of the Shravakayana (Foundational) teachings. 

The precise use of this term refers to enlightened or conscious wisdom which is beyond dualistic thought. The Tibetan equivilant is yeshe, which is composed of ye, which means "primordial knowledge that has always existed," and she, which means "to know."

John

(English) A masculine proper name, derived from the Latin Johannes / Joannes, derived from the Greek Ἰωάννης Ioannes, which comes from the Hebrew יוחנן Yochanan / Yohanan, literally "Jehovah has favored," from hanan "he was gracious." As the name of John the Baptist and John the Evangelist, it is one of the most common Christian given names.

Joshua

(Hebrew יהושוע‎ Yehoshua; Greek: Ἰησοῦς; both names are identical to Jesus) A character in the Hebrew Bible (Exodus, Numbers and Joshua), leader of the tribes of Israel after the death of Moses. Whether in the New Testament as Ἰησοῦς (Jesus) or in the Books of Moses as יהושוע‎ (Joshua or Hoshea), the name is the same (יהושוע‎), derived from the Hebrew root ישע, "salvation," "to deliver/be liberated," or "to be victorious." Thus the symbol is the same: the savior or Messiah (Christ) who is born inside the initiate to liberate "the people of Israel" (the consciousness) from bondage to the ego.

Judah

Judas

The name Judas (Greek) is a translation from the Hebrew name Judah, the most exalted tribe of Israel. In Hebrew, Judah is יהודה, a very significant name that joins the most holy name of God (יהוה) with the letter ד Daleth, which represents a doorway and is the first letter of the word Daath (knowledge), indicating the secret teachings.

Jupiter

The Roman name for the supreme God, called Zeus by the Greeks.

As a planetary influence, Jupiter is related to: "High civil and ecclesiastic military persons, matters related with money, big businesses, matters related with judges and with tribunals, etc." (Samael Aun Weor, Manual of Practical Magic). Governed by Zachariel.
